本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目： 资源型城市旅游业发展研究 ——以焦作为例 专业名称： 旅游管理专业 年级班级： 旅游06-1班 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2010年 6 月 12 日 摘要 资源型城市发展状况涉及国家资源安全、经济安全、生态环境安全和社会安全。目前，我国共有资源型城市118座，现在有50座出现资源衰竭。因此资源型城市的经济转型与可持续发展，具有重要的理论与现实意义。焦作作为一个成功转型的资源枯竭型城市，现在已经成功转型为中国优秀旅游城市，其发展过程——“焦作现象”不仅已成为中国旅游发展史上的一个奇迹，也成为研究资源型城市转型的一个学术术语。作为时下中国资源型城市转型的一个典范，其发展模式受到越来越多的关注。 本文阐述了资源型城市发展旅游业的基础条件与路径。首先提出了资源型城市发展旅游业的基本理论和开发原则，继而提出了发展旅游业三大基本要素，然后以三大要素为基础,并以理论和原则为指导方针提出了资源型城市发展旅游业的几大基本路径，最后结合焦作市的成功案例进行进一步的论证分析。 旅游业是第三产业中带动性较强的产业，发展旅游业不仅可以缓解资源型城市转型过程中的就业压力和资金压力，也可以促进资源型城市产业结构调整和实现资源型城市的更好更快发展。 关键词：资源型城市 产业转型 旅游业 Abstract The development of resource-depended cities involved in the development of national security for resources, economy, ecology and society. At present there were 50 cities among 118 resource-dependent cities appeared depletion of resources in China. Therefore, resource-based economic transformation and sustainable urban development, has important theoretical and practical significance. Jiaozuo as a successful transition resource-exhausted cities, now a successful transition for China Excellent Tourism City,whose development process -- Jiaozuo phenomenon not only has become a miracle in the history of tourism development, also has become a research resource-based cities transformation of a academic term. As a model for resource-based cities transformation, its development mode has been more and more attention . This paper described the development tourisms basic conditions and path of the resources-depended city .First proposed the theory and basic principles of the resources-depended citys tourism development. Second proposed three basic elements with the development of tourism. Third proposed several basic path of the resource-depended cities development tourism. based on three major elements and theory and principles to the guidelines. Finally, further analysis and argument with Jiaozuo Citys success stories. Tourism is the third industry is strong driven industries, the development of tour
