摘 要 本文设计了PLC控制双恒压无塔供水系统的软、硬件功能，介绍了双恒压供水系统的原理及工艺。双恒压无塔供水系统能够为生活及消防保证恒定的水压，恒压供水保证了供水质量，保证供水安全、快捷、可靠。免除了传统水塔供水水量有限、压力波动大的弱点。 本文系统硬件选择了西门子S7系列319 PLC，以PLC为主机的控制系统丰富了系统的控制功能，提高了系统的可靠性。系统进行了模拟调试和联机调试，确立了输入、输出点代码以及地址编号，给出了外围接线图，硬件接线图。着重说明了模拟控制模块ET200S的硬件以及应用。最后给出了电气控制的软硬件应用程序。 在系统的程序设计中，对与工作水泵数量的控制管理，规定了元器件的地址及功能，为了实现控制功能，设计了梯形图，包括消防报警启动，水位下限报警故障以及指示灯功能的实现，以及在消防用水与生活用水不同情况下水泵运行频率的选择。实现了在不同情况下水泵数量选择以及工作时间控制功能。 经过模拟运行后，证明系统稳定。 关键字: 西门子PLC；恒压供水系统；ET200S. Abstract This article is designed PLC control tower dual constant pressure water supply system without the software and hardware features, introduced the principle of dual-pressure water supply system and process.
