我国鲜花物流的现状及发展问题研究 A Study of the Flowers Logistics’ Present Condition and Development in China 专 业 　物流管理 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 二零一零年六月 我国鲜花物流现状及发展问题研究 【内容摘要】我国的花卉产业一直保持着较快的发展步伐，其中鲜花物流是贯穿花卉从产地到消费地这一整个过程的关键部分。但我国目前鲜花物流的滞后状况却制约了花卉产业的发展。本文在解析鲜花物流之特殊性的基础上，探讨了发达国家的鲜花物流运作模式，并取日本为典型，从物流主体系统、物流作业系统和物流信息系统三方面与我国的物流现状进行对比，从而找出我国物流滞后的五方面原因：首先是国内缺少专业的物流主体；其次，缺少全程冷链的保障；另外，包装、储藏、运输水平较低；另一重要方面是不完善的物流信息系统；最后一点就是国内这方面的标准很少或执行不规范。针对存在的问题，结合我国具体情况，提出了相应的改善建议。 【关键词】花卉产业；鲜花物流；保鲜 A Study of the Flowers Logistics’ Present Condition and Development in China Abstract: Chinas flower industry is keeping a rapid pace of development, and the logistics of flowers is the key link of the whole process from flower production to consumption. However, the backward current state of flowers logistics in China has restricted the development of flower industry. On the basis of the analysis of the special nature of the logistics of flowers, we discuss the logistics’ operation of the flowers of the developed countries in this article, and then take Japan as an example contrasting the flower logistics’ current condition in China from the logistics main systems, logistics operating systems and logistics information system. According to the comparison, we find the five questions: First, the lack of professional logistics main; Second, the lack of the security of the cold chain; in addition, the low level of packaging, storage, transport; another important aspect is imperfect logistics information system; the last point, the domestic standards in this area is little. For the existing problems, with Chinas specific situation, the author makes the corresponding recommendations for improvement.
