毕业论文 题 目: 行星内圆磨床控制系统设计 院系名称：电气工程 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 摘 要 传统的行星内圆磨床电气控制采用继电器逻辑控制，故障率较高，自动化水平低，精度差。而本论文设计的行星内圆磨床系统采用可编程序控制器PLC取代原系统的全部逻辑控制。采用手动、自动功能相结合的方式，以满足行星内圆磨床的工艺及操作要求;采用变频控制功能以提高行星内圆磨床的精度。照此方式设计出的行星内圆磨床系统提高了行星内圆磨床的精度及自动化水平，从而提高了生产效率，保证了加工精度。而且由于PLC的应用降低了机床的故障率，增加了机床的柔性，也大大地降低了维护费用。 本课题设计的行星内圆磨床电气控制系统中PLC的软件设计是配合其硬件设置的，进而来完成机床的各种控制功能。在此基础上尽量利用PLC软件编程的灵活性，来增强机床的控制功能，使其达到日臻完美的地步。 关键词：可编程序控制器PLC；变频调速器；行星内圆磨床 Title The System Design of The Planet Inner-round Grinder Abstract The Planet Inner-round Grinder of Tradition adopts the overall logic control of the Programmable Logic Controllers replacing electric relay system, which is against the disadvantages, for instance, high fault rate, low level in automation, poor precision and so on. In this paper, to meet the needs of the technology and operation of the planet inner-round grinder, it adopts a way to connect the artificial function with the auto one. Also,it adopts variable frequency control function, in case of improving the precision of the planet inner-round grinder. The system design of the planet inner-round grinder improves its precision and the level of automation. Accordingly, the productivity is improved and the manufacture precision is ensured. Whats more, the application of PLC has decreased the fault rate of the machine tool, increased the flexible of the machine tool, as well as decreased the maintenance cost. using PLC electrical control system of the software design The planet inner-round grinder is in line with its hardware settings, and then to complete a variety of machine control functions. Based on these to make full use of the flexibility of software programming, to enhance the control machine to reach the point of becoming more perfect.
