编号 本科生毕业论文 A study and optimization of capital structure of Chinese listed companies 学生姓名 李秀玲 专 业 会计 学 号 060922116 指导教师 车正红 学 院 经济管理学院 2010年6月 摘 要 资本结构优化问题是财务管理理论研究中的一个热门话题。为了研究我国上市公司的资本结构，本文首先概述了资本结构的理论，范围从传统资本结构理论到现代资本结构理论再到新资本结构理论。 然后本文研究了我国上市公司资本结构的现状及影响上市公司资本结构的内外因素，研究发现我国上市公司资本结构和西方国家存在明显差异。我国上市公司资本结构的主要特点是内部融资和外部融资比重严重失调，股权融资偏好强烈，资产负债率总体偏低。目前我国上市公司资本结构和西方国家存在明显差异的主要原因是制度因素和环境因素。 最后，在考虑影响上市公司资本结构内外因素以及我国市场特点的前提下，本文提出了若干优化我国上市公司资本结构的政策建议。 关键词：上市公司 资本结构 影响因素 优化Abstract The optimizing capital structure research is a hot area in financial management theory. In order to analyze the capital structure of Chinese listed company, this thesis introduces the theory of capital structure, including traditional capital theory and modern capital theory and new capital theory. Then the thesis investigates the present condition of the capital structure of Chinese listed company and the inside and outside factors which affect the capital structure of Chinese listed company. The capital structure of Chinese listed company is obviously different from the western nation. The characteristics of our listed companies’ capital structure: higher of the proportion of external capital collecting, strong favoritism to equity collecting, and lower of total rate of assets and liabilities. The reason that the capital structure of Chinese listed company is obvious different from the western nation is institution and environment. Lastly, according to the analyses, this thesis puts forward several policy advices for optimizing capital structure of Chinese listed companies in considering the inside and outside factors affecting the capital structure of Chinese listed company.
