This standard does not extend to shipboard and floating cranes. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. Wind load on crane in non-operating condition should be taken into consideration when calculating ironworks, crane and crane trolley movements, derrick mechanism, running wheels axes and axles, antitheft devices and crane stability under no-load condition.
