They have been applied to many areas, including surveying and mapping field. Due to the limitation of observation conditions, there are inevitable measurement errors in Observational data. In order to eliminate or reduce the impact of its error, data processing is applied to the observational data. A number of the corresponding data-processing software were wrote both domestic and abroad. data entry in the software applications, in order to facilitate the application of the general need for Software application data entry, usually use a variety of data entry, including keyboard entry, database entry, text and data file upload, etc. At present, some stand-alone version of the software and the software in development in our school have achieved the first three modes of data entry, but the fourth entry has not yet been achieved. This research is the main settlement to resolve the Total Station and GPS observation data transmission problem, complete the corresponding programming and achieve the stand-alone version
