摘要 套筒双头镗铣机床是结合了铣床和镗床的特点结合起来的一种精密组合机床，利用PLC的控制，再经过优化使加工一些特殊工件变的迅速而准确。首先本文主要介绍了机床的发展，可以更好的让人了解套筒双头镗铣机床的工业价值。然后介绍了此机床的主要加工过程，借此了解它在加工工件时的实用性。接着介绍了次机床的内部结构以及控制方法，套筒双头镗铣机床的控制方法主要由当前工业领悟主流的PLC控制，实现了自动和手动控制，提高了机床工作的安全性，PLC可靠行高，抗干扰能力强，编程简单，操作方便，系统设计，维护方便，而且体积很小，这些特点可以减轻劳动强度，改善劳动条件。随后讲述了此机床的外部设备，主要采用由电磁阀控制液压电机，使的镗台和铣台的移动变的平滑，不易发生故障。最后简单的讨论一些套筒双头镗铣机床的发展趋向，以便做出更好的优化。 关键词：镗铣机床，PLC，触摸屏，电动机。 Abstract Double sleeve Boring Machine is the combination of milling and boring machine with features of a sophisticated combination of machine tools with PLC control, and optimizing so that some special processing workpieces change quickly and accurately.
