Methods 102 cases of patients in our hospital during March 2013 to March2014were selected,quality control circle activity and color management were used in basic nursing care.Thefall and drop of bed rate,nursing satisfactionrate before and after management was compared respectively. Results The fall and dropof bed rate aftermanagementwas lower thanthat before managementrespectively,nursing satisfactionrate af鄄 ter managementwas higher than that before management,with statistical difference(P约0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity and color management applied in basic nursing care,can effectively reduce patients fall and drop of bed, improvepatient satisfactionrate and promot the development offriendly relation between nurses and patients,ultimately achievethe purpose ofpatients cured as soonaspossible,which isworthy ofpromotion and application.
