The plan for oil production operations carried out risk analysis to determine the responsibilities of the organizational structure , the risk of early warning before the response after the accident , the release of information , post- disposal and security measures were introduced, regular training exercises can make all personnel are familiar with the plan, if the accident can be proficient , a clear division of labor, rapid processing , reduce losses and avoid casualties.
