PLC在化学反应装置中的应用 摘要 随着社会的不断进步和各种轻工业的飞速发展，化学化工厂已经成为不可缺少乃至对国民经济产生至关重要的一门行业。在化学化工厂中有各种化学装置，可以说化学装置的应用是很普遍的，并且在工业中占有非常重要的地位。 本文主要设计一种用可编程控制器用于化学反应装置过程中的系统，可编程控制器是一个智能控制器，他有自己的CPU和控制软件，主要完成现场的数据采集、转换、存储、报警和控制等功能。我们所设计的这个系统，有两种状态一种是自动状态，另一种是手动状态，在这里我们主要对自动进行研究。系统可以对温度进行及时显示；一旦温度超出给定范围就报警；而且温度的给定值是可以预置，这就给于各种化学物质的反应提供了条件。整个系统充分利用了现代先进技术，提高了劳动生产率，改善了劳动条件，减轻了工人劳动强度，不仅可以克服人为的不稳定因素，而且可以吸收人为调节的优点，为现代化的生产管理提供了强有力的物质条件，为社会的发展和进步服务。 关键词：PLC 化学反应装置 PID 数码显示 Abstract Along with social progress and the rapid development of a variety of light industry, chemical, chemical plants have become indispensable to the national economy as well as generate critical to a business.
