Stress, sense of coherence and quality of life among Norwegian nurse students after a period of clinical practice 对挪威护理学生在一阶段临床实践后压力、心理一致感和生活质量的研究 INTRODUCTION Norwegian nursing education is part of higher education provided by the universities and university colleges. The purpose of the education is twofold: qualifications for nurse authorisation and for a Bachelors degree.Clinical practice is a vital part of Norwegian nurse students education in the three-year study.Clinical training includes medical and surgical wards, mental health services, nursing homes, and home care. 挪威的护理学教育是大学提供的高等教育的一部分。教育的目的有两个方面:护士资格的授权和学士学位。临床实践在挪威护士的三年的教育中是很重要的组成部分。临床培训包括医疗和外科病房,精神卫生服务,疗养院和家庭护理这几个部分。 INTRODUCTION The duration of clinical practice lasts from one to 16 weeks, and students receive regular supervision, follow-up and assessment from teachers and staff.However, several studies indicate that clinical training is in an environment that may cause students to experience high levels of stress and anxiety. 临床实践的持续时间从1到16周不等并且学生会受到定期的监督、随访以及教师和工作人员的评估。但是,若干研究表明临床训练可能会成为导致学生经历高压力和焦虑的环境。 BACKGROUND It is assumed that stress can cause general health complaints like headache , abdominal pains and anxiety.Unpredictable or incomprehensible life situations are important sources for stress.Horowitz, Wilner Alvarez observed that the most commonly reported response to a stressful event was intrusive and avoidant thoughts.Intrusion includes unbidden thoughts, feelings and dreams.
