Enrollment expansion in higher education which stimulates the national need postpones the confliction for students from high schools and promotes the progress of the mass education of higher education in China. Because the rate of enrollment expansion in higher education is faster than the rate of economy increasing and the rate of increasing need for the graduate students for universities and colleges, the condition of employment became more and more austere in recent years. The author hope analyzes the relationship between the rate of enrollment expansion and the employment of the university and college students by the theory of need and the segmented labor market.
