山西大学工程学院 EFAT/P 实验装置的上位机组态设计 摘 要 本文以实验室模拟微型锅炉的过程控制系统实验装置EFAT/P （Experiment Facility for Auto-Control Technology in Process Control）为例，详细的 介绍了 MCGS （通用版）组态软件的使用方法。该软该软件能够实现对现场设备 运行状态及参数的监控，并且可以对现场设备进行模拟实验，通过与现场控件连 接可以实现远程控制。文中使用模拟设备及软件PID 控制器进行仿真实验，实现 了对调节阀的控制以及实时数据和曲线的记录。该软件功能丰富而且易于学习， 在工业领域有广泛的应用。另外，本文还介绍了PID 参数的工程整定方法。 关键词：主控窗口;实时数据;运行策略; I 山西大学工程学院 The Configuration on PC for Experiment Facility of Auto-Control Technology in Process Control ABSTRACT In this paper,I described the method to use the MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) by take the Experiment Facility for Auto-Control Technology in Process Control used for the simulation of miniature boiler for instance.Experienments showed that the software can monitor the equipment operation parameters and its state information very well.As well,the software can simulate the filed device and send control command to the remote machine by editing some related procedures in the PC.Simulation equipments and PID software have been used to simulink the real machine to control the regulating valve.At the same time, it can recod the real data and curve.The software is very easy to use and is popular in the industrial filed.In the last chapter I introduced the method to configure the parameters of PID.
