支气管扩张症的ct诊断价值（The diagnostic value of CT in bronchiectasis） The diagnostic value of CT in bronchiectasis Update Date: 12-07 #e# [keyword] bronchiectasis [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis. Methods 33 cases of bronchiectasis diagnosed by thoracic surgery or department of respiration followed by 8mm slice spiral CT scan and 2mm slice spiral CT scan images were analyzed and compared. Results of the 33 patients, conventional spiral CT scan (8mm thickness) diagnosed bronchiectasis in 16 cases and 37 lung segments, including columnar type 4 cases, varicose vein type 2 cases, cystic type 3 cases and mixed type 7 cases. The diagnosis of bronchiectasis was performed in 33 cases and 136 pulmonary segments by 2mm thin layer scan. Among them, there were 14 cases of columnar type, 5 cases of varicose veins, 3 cases of cystic type and 11 cases of mixed type. Conclusion thin slice spiral CT scan has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the detection of bronchiectasis. It can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of bronchiectasis.
