Observe the patient as a whole. 2 . Neck--- Back--- Shoulder---Elbow---WristHand---Hip---Knee---AnkleFoot whole Walk (carriage): 跛行(神经,血管,关节, 骨骼等) Morphous(shape形态): abnormity Tenderness(压痛)(superficial or deep) and percussion pain(扣痛)(direct or indirect扣痛) whole Skin (vein edema ) muscle (hypertrophy 肥大 and atrophy 萎缩) Always bilateral Contrast spine望 脊柱弯曲异常 A .
