The cu rren t situation of cu stom er service in Ch ine se water supp ly en terp rise s wa s disovered through the que stionnaire and ca se study, and the p re sen t p rob lem s in the cu stom er service were analyzed from d ifferen t a sp ects. It is con sidered that there are the p rob lem s of cu stom er service in the field s of the po sition ing of service, the governm en tal sup ervision and regu lation , the en terp rise m anagem en t, the developm en t of relevan t in stitu tion s and pub lic awarene ss.
