建筑工程施工过程中的资源浪费与环境保护问题研究 摘 要 环境是我们赖以生存的基础和发展的唯一空间，其为人类的生存和发展提供了所需的条件和资源。但近几年随着社会的发展和科技的进步，人类对环境的需求越来越多，渐渐超越了环境的承受能力，使环境本身的自然形态过快过多地改变，环境自身的净化能力和再生能力越来越慢、越来越弱，从而威胁到我们人类的生存和社会的进一步发展。尤其建筑工程施工是一个巨大又漫长的过程，其中必然会对环境造成一定的破坏。那么施工过程中的环境问题和防护措施就显得尤为重要。本文通过对建筑施工过程中的环境保护问题及资源浪费问题进行详细的分类研究，从而对症下药，提出各自有效的预防与解决办法，并且从整体出发，建立系统的环境管理体系，结合工地常见的四大污染问题，制定适合不同工地上的环境管理办法，建立奖罚措施，让环境保护不再是纸上谈兵。 关键字：环境保护、水污染及控制处理、空气污染的预防及治理方法、噪音污染的预防及治理方法、节能 Abstract Environment is the basis of our survival and development of the space, it provides the required for human survival and development conditions and resources. But in recent years, with the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, human needs more and more for the environment, and gradually beyond environmental capacity, the natural formation of the environment itself to change too much too fast, environment purification capacity and regeneration ability is more and more slow, more and more weak, which threaten our human survival and further development of the society. Especially construction engineering construction is a huge and long process, which will inevitably cause some damage to the environment. This article through to the environmental protection problem in the process of construction and resource waste classification of detailed research, so as to suit the remedy to the case, put forward effective prevention and solution, and starting from the overall, establishing system of environmental management system, combined with site common four big pollution problem, suitable for different site environmental management measures, establish rewards and punishment measures, let the environmental protection is no longer indulge in empty talk.
