锅炉吹灰系统PLC控制的设计-精品
摘要STEP 7–Micro/WIN进行编程和调试,使PLC通过接触器控制电动球阀和电磁阀以及点火器工作。电动球阀用来选择吹灰层面,电磁阀用来控制气体流量,点火器用来点燃可燃混合气体。在实际工作运行中,基于PLC控制的燃气脉冲吹灰器在工业锅炉吹灰技术中效果显著。 关键词:STEP 7–Micro/WIN、 Abstract This text has introduced Blowing-Ash-Equipment which is controlled with PLC technology to control the pulse in blowing the ash .When it has been researched the reason of the accumulating-ash and its bad aspect to the industrialized boiler, people have put forward to the concept in boiler-blowing. This paper has enumerated some kinds of general industrial boiler blowing-ash equipments and elaborated the Blowing-Ash- Equipment. With the demand according to industrial automation,we have selected the S7-200 PLC series which is very popular in the industrial control market at the present time to do programming and debugging. S7-200 PLC series have the stronger ability of anti-jamming、higher reliability 、smaller in size and easy in programming and so on . t has very strong expansibility and communication ability, the characteristic of S7-200 has made a sufficient effect in Blowing-Ash-Equipment This text uses related software STEP7-Micro/WIN of S7-200 series PLC to carry out programming and debugging , it makes PLC control electric ball valve and electromagnetism valve as well as igniter work through contactor. Electric ball valve is used to select the blowing layer surface, electromagnetism valve is used to control gas rate of flow, igniter is used to light mixed burnable gas. In actual working operation based on PLC control burning gas pulse Blowing-Ash-Equipment to blow the ash in industrial boiler has get the effect notable.
