鄂尔多斯市产业转型升级和提升核心竞争力对策研究 XXXXXXXXXX(学号) XXXXXX（姓名） 指导老师 XXXXXX 【摘要】在进入“十二五”规划后，我国各城市制定的经济社会发展规划,以科学发展观为引领,使转变经济增长方式、优化产业结构、追求空间结构优化成为当代中国城市发展新的价值取向。正是基于上述的认识,本文试图结合鄂而多斯市城市化和城市现代化实际,以科学发展观为指导,探究区域一体化趋势下的城市空间与产业空间、生态空间、设施空间等要素之间的优化整合；从产业空间优化、产业价值链与区域空间再造、城市空间复兴与结构优化、规划发展模式等热点难点问题,并紧紧围绕区域城市产业转型升级和提升核心竞争力方面,来探寻适合当地发展的模式、动力、机制与路径,为鄂尔多斯市的新一轮协调发展、优化发展以及和谐发展提出了一些战略性的对策研究。 【关键词】鄂尔多斯；产业转型；对策 [Abstract] Entering the second five plan, Chinas economic and social development of the city development plan to guide the scientific development concept, the transformation of economic growth, optimizing industrial structure, and the pursuit of optimization of a spatial structure of a new urban development in contemporary China values.
