The rectangular cross-section of the w arp and the convex cross-section of w eft w ere assumed in the geometric model. T he predicting equations of equivalent engineering elastic constants w ere w orked out according to variable parameters including seven structural parameters and elastic constants of fiber and resin using the stiffness avera- ging method and the geometric model.
