Its development is inseparable from the construction of the strong spiritual force. The development of university un- ion should learn the spirit of Huaxi village, and adhere to the sustainable scientific development. The job of university union should be people-oriented and build a harmonious spiritual thinking. The union should think deeply about the improving of the work mode, integrate the Huaxi spirit into the union work and combine with the characteristics of university union work to innovative the thinking mode, then promote the further development of university union work.
