Methods the coronary sinus blood sampling, using radioimmunoassay before and after PTCA platelet alpha granule membrane protein (GMP-140) molecular number and thromboxane B2 (TXB2), plasma 6- keto prostaglandin F1 alpha (6- keto -PGF1) concentration. Results 23 patients with stable angina pectoris, 15 patients with unstable angina pectoris, 5 minutes after PTCA surgery, platelet membrane surface GMP-140 and plasma TXB2 increased significantly, peaked at 10 minutes after operation, and dropped to normal at 30 minutes.
