经济金融_论文_网络经济的竞争原则（The principle of competitive economic and financial _ the _ of network economy） Experimental study on the effect of Zhaojiaoci 1753 saponins on rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia. [Abstract] Objective to explore the Chinese honeylocust spine on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) effect and mechanism. Methods 40 male castrated 7d SD rats after subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate of 5 mg/kg, while the experimental group were lavaged with saponin solution 4, 2 mg/kg, Longbishu group were lavaged with Longbishu capsule 100 mg/kg. After 30 d administration, the weight and histological structure of prostate were observed, and the changes of PCNA and bFGF expression were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results the experimental group rats prostate weight, PCNA index and bFGF expression levels were lower than the model control group, especially in the saponin high dose group significantly (P0.01). Saponin high dose group and Longbishu group was significantly different, but there is no significant difference between the low dose group and saponin Longbishu group. Conclusion Gleditsia sinensis could inhibit the rat model of BPH, the mechanism may be achieved through the expression of bFGF in prostate tissue and reduce the inhibition of prostate cell proliferation.
