Methods the levels of IL-1, IL-1, IL-17, OPG and C reactive protein (CRP) in serum of 50 patients with RA and 32 normal controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results the levels of IL-1, IL-1, IL-17, OPG, and CRP in patients with RA were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P 0.01). Conclusion IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-17, OPG and CRP have higher sensitivity in judging the activity of RA and the destruction of bone.
