类风湿关节炎患者血清il-6、il-8、tnf-α水平及意义（The levels and significance of serum IL-6, IL-8 and tnf- alpha in patients with rheumatoid arthritis） The levels and significance of serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha in patients with rheumatoid arthritis 2010-01-13 Li Ping, Cao Jianping, Zhao Lijuan Interleukin -6 (IL-6), interleukin -8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- alpha) are in rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, RA) on inflammatory cytokines plays an important role in the pathogenesis, in order to further explore the three effects on RA and effect of the application ELISA method was used to detect 56 cases of RA patients and 50 normal control serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- levels, report as follows now. 1 data and methods 1.1 subjects: according to the 1987 American Rheumatism Association diagnostic criteria for RA, 56 patients with RA were selected, including 12 males and 44 females, with an average age of 38.4 years and 6.2 years, with an average duration of 4.4 years and 2.8 years. According to the Stoke index [1], 38 cases were divided into active phase and 18 cases in inactive phase. Two weeks before the trial, steroids and immunosuppressive agents were not used in all patients. 50 cases were normal control. 1.2 methods: double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha. The blood samples of patients and normal controls were extracted by asepsis, 3 ml, isolated serum, stored at 20 C for examination, and the operation was checked according to the kit instruction. 1.3 statistical analysis: t test, chi 2 test and correlation test. 2 Result 2.1 serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha levels were shown in table 1. 2.2 serum IL-6, IL-8, TNF- alpha levels are significantly related to other serological indicators, as shown in table 2. 2.3 serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha were significantly different from those of RA (P 0.01), as shown in table 3. 2.4 in the RA group, the serum TNF- alpha was positively cor
