生脉注射液临床应用概况（Clinical application of Shengmai Injection） Clinical application of Shengmai Injection Update: 12-20 weeks Zhonghong into bright Shengmai injection is made of precious Chinese herbal medicines such as red ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus, Schisandra chinensis and so on. It has the functions of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, regulating qi, inducing resuscitation, invigorating Qi, strengthening heart, promoting fluid and restoring blood. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it can dilate blood vessels and increase coronary flow, enhance myocardial contractility, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, and also have non-specific anti-inflammatory and cell immune function. It is mainly used for the treatment of myocardial infarction, toxic shock, cardiogenic shock, microcirculation disturbance and so on. In recent years, it has been widely studied and applied in clinic. The following are summarized below. 1 heart failure Zhang Zhimian and other 1 with Shengmai Injection (referred to as Shengmaiye) in treatment of acute left heart failure in 30 cases, to observe its effect on patients with clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory examination, found that patients with symptoms and signs improved significantly, left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly increased.
