Then 2 nanosized ZnFe O particles were yielded by heating at high temperature. The nanosized zinc ferrite particles have been characterized by 2 4 powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR. The influence factors of nanosized ZnFe O powders spine prepared by a sonochemical method were 2 4 studied systematically. These influence factors are different zinc salt, ultrasonic irradiation time, calcining temperature and time. The nanosized ZnFe O powder smaller than 100 nm in diameter, which is wel-l crystallized and well-degree of dispersion, can be obtained in the 2 4 preparative
