Secretary of State John Kerry said Moscow should now withdraw its support for the militants and help remove them from the official buildings they occupy. The observers whove now arrived safely in Berlin were freed less than a day after a Russian envoy Vladimir Lukin arrived in Slaviansk where they have been detained more than a week. After their release, Mr. Lukin said he expected reciprocal actions. The United States says it is a correct step to release international observers kidnapped by Pro Russian militants in Ukraine, but Russia needs to do more to ease tensions in Ukraine. Secretary John Kerry said Russia should now stop supporting militants and help Ukraine drive militants out of the buildings they occupy.
