新型電動割草機之控制與控制器電路開發 紀捷聰 建國科技大學 電機工程系 摘要 本文旨在發展一新型電動割草機，利用直流有刷馬達取代傳統以內燃機引擎作為割草機 的動力源，以二次電池供應電動割草機工作所 需之電力，進而使電動割草機獲得低振動、低 噪音、啟動容易、無空氣污染、可作業範圍大 和使用成本低等優點。電動割草機控制器係結 合降壓式轉換器和人性化控制界面等功能設計 而成。為實驗方便，已完成實驗室等級電動割 草機雛型建立。為驗證本文所提之電動割草機的可行性及功能，本文透過對實驗雛型進行一 系列的實驗與數據收集，確認本文所提電動割草機控制器性能確實可行。 關鍵字 :引擎式割草機、電動割草機、二次電池、直流有刷馬達。 Control and Circuit Design of a New Electric Brush Cutter Controller Chieh-Tsung Chi Department of Electrical Engineering Chienkuo Technology University Abstract This paper aims at developing a new type of electrical brush cutter. The mechanical power of the conventional internal combustion engine-type brush cutter is replaced by a DC brush motor. Moreover, a rechargeable battery is supplied with the necessary electrical energy when the electrical brush cutter normally works. A lot of advantages are then obtained such as low vibration and acoustic noise, free of air pollution, wider operating range and cheaper using cost and so on. The system controller is composed of a buck converter and a very friendly operating interface. For convenience, an electrical brush cutter with experimental scale has been established in the laboratory. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility and function of the electrical brush cutter, lots of experiments were done through the established prototype.
