第 22 卷第 6 期 中国环境管理干部学院学报 Vol.22No.6 20 12 年 12 月 JOURNALOFEMCC Dec.20 12 10.3969/j .issn.1008-813X.20 12.06.005 佳木斯市土壤环境质量研究 李永亮 ， 李 健 （佳木斯市环境保护监测站 ， 黑龙江 佳木斯 154004） 摘 要 ： “十一五” 期 间， 佳木斯市环境保护监测站结合 国家第二次土壤 污染源普查 ， 对辖 区内基本农 田、 草地、 松花江沿岸农 田、 三江平原典型土壤 白浆土进行 了监测。 监测结果显 示 ， 土壤 污染仍 以有机 氯农 药和重金属 污染为主 ， 有 98.9% 的农 田监 测点位 土壤质量达到 《土壤环境质量标准》 （GB 15618-1995） 二级标准。 佳木斯市基本农 田土壤环境整体质量 良 好 ， 草地土壤质量基本保持 自然背景水平 ， 松花江沿岸农 田未受污染。 由于工业化进程和农 药的大量使 用， 佳木斯市土壤 中重金属、 有机氯农药和酞酸酯等持久性有机物在一定 区域显 著增高。 关键词 ： 佳木斯 ； 土壤 ； 环境质量 ； 基本农 田； 白浆土 中图分类号 ： X825 文献标识码 ： A 文章编号 ： 1008-813X（20 12 ）06-00 15-04 Research on Soil Environmental Quality of Jiamusi City Li Yongliang ， Li Jian （Jiamusi Environmental Monitoring Station ， Jiamusi Heilongj iang 154004 ， China ） Abstract ： During the Eleventh Five -year period, Jiamusi Environmental Protection Monitoring Station, combined with the second national soil survey of pollution sources, monitored the basic farmland, grassland, farmland along the Songhua River, and the typical albic soils of the Sanjiang Plain. The monitoring results indicated that soil pollution is mainly organochlorine pesticides and heavy metals pollution, the soil quality of 98.9% monitoring sites is up to the secondary standard of the Soil Environmental Quality Standard (GB 15618-1995).
