It’s one of the four great inventions besides atomic energy, semiconductor and computer. Laser technology has gone through 50 years of rapid development; it has made a profound influence on the development of human society. Laser is a kind of amplified optical signal forms that produced by large number of particles at a high level through stimulated radiation to the low level. In the application of pulse laser technology, the methods to measure pulse peak power main have half width method, the area method, waveform analysis, and continuous power regulation law, pulse stretcher and so on. The emergence of laser has brought a revolutionary effect on modern society; Laser is welcomed by its unique advantages.
