大连市美容美发场所卫生要求 为加强美容美发场所的卫生管理，防止传染病的传播与流行，保障消费者健康，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》、《公共场所卫生管理条例》、《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》、《艾滋病防治条例》等法律、法规和规章，制定本要求。 第一部分 场所卫生要求 一、场所设置要求 （一）美容美发场所应当设置在室内，经营面积不得小于10平方米，易于保持清洁，并应当有良好的通风和采光。门、窗装配应当严密，防止病媒生物侵入。 （二）美容、美发操作区域应当分隔设置。有烫发、染发的美容美发场所应当设置烫、染工作区，并有通风设施；经营面积在50平方米以上的，应当设有单独的染发、烫发间，并有机械通风设施。 （三）美容美发场所内应当设置公共用品用具消毒设施，所有的美容场所和经营面积在50平方米以上的美发场所，应当设立单独的洗涤消毒间。 （四）美容美发场所内应当设置有流动水的洗头设施，洗头设施和座位比不得小于1:5。 （五）美容美发场所内放置安全套或者设置安全套发售设施。公共卫生间应采用水冲式，地面、墙壁、便槽等应采用易冲洗、不透水材料。公共卫生间应设独立的机械排气装置，并有适当照明，与外界相通的门窗应安装严密坚固、易于清洁的纱门及纱窗，外门应能自动关闭。 Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
