基于校园安全稳定之高校管理机制创新 陈玲1, 尚人2 ,王莹莹3, 姚荣4 （哈尔滨工程大学人文社会科学学院，黑龙江哈尔滨 150001） 摘 要：和谐社会的指导方针已经深入到社会生活的方方面面，而高等院校是整个社会体系的重要组成部分, 其安全稳定工作作为和谐校园构建的核心要素，对社会主义和谐社会的构建目标影响重大，一直受到党和国家的高度重视。传统的安全稳定观持“刚性稳定”的态度，而压力维稳就是这种刚性稳定的维持机制。这种机制需要较高的运行成本，对学校的长期性发展以及学生自身的心理素质具有负面影响。随着信息技术的发展，新科技革命带来了信息资源共享，信息经济发展的同时，也催生了信息危机。网络信息的交流加大了校园稳定工作的压力，而相应的校园舆情管理不当带来的负面影响、学生网络教育的难题则成为了高校安全稳定的隐患。加强引导、管理网络舆情，改进大学生思想政治教育的途径与方法，加强网络交往规范教育刻不容缓。高校管理机制的亟待创新，传统的高校管理机制已很难适应信息时代情势下的新情况、新问题，推动高校管理机制创新以实现高校安全稳定是当前高校行政管理领域研究的前沿问题。 关键词:高校；安全稳定；管理机制；心理素质；校园舆情；改善措施 University management mechanism innovation and campus security and stability Chen Ling1，Shang Ren2，Wang Yingying 3，Yao Rong 4 (Humanities and Social Sciences, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin 150001) Abstract: Harmonious society guidelines have been deep into all aspects of social life and institutions of higher learning is an important part of the whole social system, the core elements of its security and stability work as a harmonious campus building, the build target of a harmonious socialist society, has beenby the party and the country attaches great importance.
