学兔兔 汽 车 工 程 2013年(第35卷)第7期 Automotive Engineering 2013(Vo1．35)N0．7 2013122 轻型汽车排放劣化系数计算方法的研究 孙大兴 ，刘 乐 ．陆红雨 (1．广汽丰田汽车有限公司，广I州 511455；2．中国汽车技术研究中心，天津 300162) [摘要] 分别从与排放法规中劣化系数(DF)相关的几个方面，研究了乘法DF和加法DF的优缺点，得出了两 种DF计算方法在法规执行中的差异。结果表明：加法DF能保持汽车的实际排放劣化水平，而乘法DF则会使汽车 排放劣化水平发生改变，放大误差；随着排放限值的降低，与加法DF相比，乘法DF使汽车更难达到排放限值；而对 于排放一致性检查，两种DF在不同的区域中各有优势。 关键词：轻型汽车；排放耐久试验；劣化系数 A Study on the Calculation Methods of Emission Deterioration Factors for Light Vehicles Sun Daxing ．Liu Le ＆ Lu Hongyu 1．GAC Toyota Motor Co．， d．，Guangzhou 511455；2．China Automotive Technology＆Research Center，Tianjin 300162 [Abstract] The advantages and disadvantages of multiplicative deterioration factor(DF)and additive DF are studied respectively from several aspects related to DF in emission regulations for light vehicles，and the differ- ences between muhiplicative DF and additive DF in implementing emission regulations are figured out．The results show that additive DF can maintain the actual deterioration level of vehicle emission，while multiplicative DF may change emission deterioration level and magnify the test error．With the lowering of vehicle emission limits，multi— plicative DF will make vehicle more difficult to meet the required emission limits，compared with additive DF．As for the emission conformity of production checking，two kinds of deterioration factors have their own advantages in different regions． Keywords：light vehicle；emission durability test；deterioration factor 提高，各国相继出台了更加严格的汽车
