Under the given task throughput and the physical character of crude oil ,carry through a scientific computing and conclude the most suitable conditions and process requirement of the midpoint, making the whole process of oil is as far as possible simple, reliable and low energy consumption, so as to realizing the remote control ang automation management. According to the properties of Daqing oil ,carry through economic calculation,hydraulic calculation and thermodynamic calculation of pipeline, select the pump, hot stove power selection and strength calculation,under two diameters and three temperature .On the basis of contenting condition of tansportion, select the most economicl pipe diameter and temperature. According to the data from the craft calculation, draw the installation drawing of pump room, process flow diagram, diagram ofMetering station layout and pipeline endlong section diagram. Under the conditions of the production requirements,design conducts the more economical and reasonable layout and have enough remnant for expansion and development in future.
