朝晖网络架空地板材料及工作原理说明 Material Component and Work Principle on Raised Floors Used for Chao Hui Network 一、材料说明 Ⅰ. Material description 1．地板：生产材料为硫酸钙板以及镀锌钢板 1. Floors: Material resource is composed of calcium sulphate panels and galvanized steel sheet. 2．地板填充物：高密度硫酸钙板及发泡水泥 2. Filling stuff of floors: high-density calcium sulphate panels and foam cement 3．支架头： 3. Frame bracket a.铸铝或铁制拉伸型支架头有角锁的特性并且可以为地板提供足够的支撑。同时通过镀锌螺丝以及螺帽的连接使支架不动摇。并且螺丝的尺寸与支架的尺寸必须是匹配的。 a. The aluminum-cast or iron-made bracket of extension type has the similar function as angle-locks, and can provide sufficient support for the floors. Through the connections between galvanized screws and nuts, the frame can be fixed stably, and the sizes of screws come to match with that of frame. b．以上角锁型支架头可以通过压嵌式横梁固定， b. The angle-lock functioned bracket can be fixed by press-embedded horizontal transom. c．平头支架可以用横梁固定也可以用角锁固定。 c. The flat bracket can be fixed by transom, also by angle-lock. 4．支架垫片：支架头下面应该有一个橡胶做的永久性的垫片。它把地板和支架头隔离开。并且垫片的电阻值应小于1×104Ω。 4. Frame cushion: a long-time durable rubber cushion will be used under the brackets, where a separated space between the floors and the bottom of the frame, and the cushion resistance shall not be less than1×104Ω. 5．横梁垫片：横梁垫片必须是可伸缩的，并且紧贴在横梁上。横梁垫片必须用可导电的聚乙烯材料制作，并且电阻值低于1×104Ω。 5. Transom cushion: it must be elastic easy for extension, and adhere to the transom, the material can be made of conductive polythene with resistance below 1×104Ω. 6．横梁：横梁表面应该比较光滑，镀锌处理的时候才不会容易产生毛刺。横梁的尺寸有应该适合地板的拉伸深度以及边缘宽度。 6. Transom: the surface shall be relatively smooth, no burr will occur when galvanization treatment. The transom size shall be consistent with the floors extension depth and edges breadth. 7．绿色环保要求： 7. Green environmental requirements 所有的材料必须是环保的，没有危险的，低挥发的，没有氟氯化碳，低可撞击性的。 在生产过程中或生产完成后应该没有二氧化碳产生。产品的整个寿命周期当中不应该有有机挥发物产生。地板以及支撑系统的组成应该有40%以上是可再生使用的。 All the materials must be in environmental consideration, no hazards, no volatile, no CFC, low impact ration.
