循环经济视角下开展能源产业技术的选择研究

摘要：介绍了循环经济视角下能源产业技术选择的大系统观的涵义和特点，控制机制及控制计算模型，得出
了能源产业技术的选择跟踪优化控制是一个补偿控制和反馈控制结合的系统，同时遵循技术规律、经济规律
和生态规律，受科技场、经济场、生态场、资源场的共同影响。
