A long w ith the high speed of urbanization process, the arch itects tend to presen t square spaces in d iverse w ays, thus brings different definition effects. In this paper, the processing mode of urban square space is divided into two types for research, w hich are the level and vertical interface. Through exam ple analysis, the principle is presented that d ifferent processingm odes can produce d ifferent feelings such as obturation, spaciousness, introversion, extroversion, seren ity and stateliness and so on.
