我国农产品地理标志使用与管理中的问题及对策（Problems and Countermeasures in the use and management of geographical indications of agricultural products in China） Problems and Countermeasures in the use and management of geographical indications of agricultural products in China Abstract: the certification status from the geographical indications of agricultural products in Chinas article and pointed out that Chinas current geographical indications in the use and management of agricultural products exist in the management of excessive, the certification body is not standardized, lack of geographical indications and other issues, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems. The author believes that the geographical indications of agricultural products in China will certainly step out of the road of Chinese characteristics. Key words: geographical indications of agricultural products; status; problems; Countermeasures As a new concept of intellectual property, geographical indications is one of the commercial marks that should be protected in the TRIPS (agreement on trade related aspects of intellectual property rights). In 1990s, China began the certification of geographical indications, and promulgated and implemented the regulations on the protection of geographical indications products in 2005, thus standardizing and improving the road of geographical indications certification and popularization. Of course, in the international arena has been widely used on agricultural products, the traditional fields of industrial products and handicrafts of the geographical indications, in China, mainly for the geographical indications of agricultural products. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the recent China geographical indications of agricultural products certification development situation, pointed out the existence of geographical indications of agricultural products certification and promotion process, finally, put forward some constructive op
