立巢酿茶 Nestup Brewed Tea 品牌故事 Brand Story 酿茶传人 History Inheritor 项民和博士是家里的长孙。从小奶奶就单独教他用“茶曲”酿造一种叫“酿茶” 的熟茶。原来他的祖辈是山西大茶商乔家的做茶 大师傅。为了克服紧茶受潮发霉的缺点,他的祖辈受到酿酒的启发,想出了一种像酿酒一样来酿茶的方法,做成了最初的酿 茶。酿茶不易发霉而且越陈越香。可惜由于战乱不断,这种方法就没能投入大生产。但是酿茶方法却历经一百四十余年在项 家一代代留传了下来。 Dr. Xiang Minhe is the eldest grandson in his family. Ever since he was a child, his grandmother taught him to make this special fermented tea called “brewed tea ”, using a selected tea-yeast based on a family ancestral tea recipe. The original brewed tea was made by Dr. Xiang ’s ancestor, the tea master of QIAO, a famous local tea business family in Shanxi Province in China. During the traditional tea process, in order to prevent the pressed tea from getting affected with damp and mildew, the ancestor of Xiang was inspired by wine brewing techniques, invented a unique method to produce a real “fermented tea ”. This original brewed tea featured an improved quality of pure maturing aroma and elegant flavors with aging, and hardly getting moldy.
