摘要:分析了利用自动交换光网络智能控制平面通道重路由恢复功能,利用恢复-返回通道的“先拆后建”机制,实现光纤
差动保护通道收发在任何时刻同路由,保证收发时延相同。提出了新的自动交换光网络智能控制平面协议改造方案以实现电
力线路光纤差动保护通道的抗多点故障自动恢复能力,为电力通信网络实现智能电网控制业务自愈能力提供保障。

Abstract: The communication channel’s re-router recovery function of intelligent control plane in automatic switched optical network
(ASON) is analyzed theoretically. The Break-Before-Make mechanism in recovery/return channel is utilized to realize that signal
transmission and reception in the optical fiber differential protection channel can be in the same route at any moment, and with the
same delay. The paper proposes a new revised scheme of ASON intelligent control plane protocol to realize the automatic recovery
capability against multi-failure of the optical fiber differential protection channel, which will provide a self-healing capability for
smart grid control of the electric power communication network.
