基于状态估计的配电网可观性解决方案

摘要：配电网的不可观性严重制约了配电网自动化及智能电网的发展。由于基础遥测终端不足，造成状态估计
由于数据冗余度不足而无法直接适用于配电网。深圳供电局有限公司通过建设计量自动化系统，为应用状态估
计实现配电网可观性提供了解决方案。该系统引入计量自动的配电变压器、专用变压器、负荷控制终端采集的

min频率数据，可以解决配电网基础遥测终端不足造成的数据冗余度不足问题，从而实现10kV配电网状态
可观，其估计结果达到实用性的要求。
