健康教育对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吸入性肺炎发生率影响[摘要] 目的 探讨在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中实行医护合作的健康教育对其吸入性肺炎发生率方面的影响。方法 研究对象为在我院进行治疗的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者165例，随机分为两组：对照组79例，采取常规的健康教育方法对其进行干预；观察组86例，对其实施医护合作的健康教育。结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，吸入性肺炎的发生率明显低于对照组，吞咽功能恢复情况明显优于对照组，健康教育的相关知识的知晓度及患者治疗的满意度均较对照组高，两组间均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中实施医护合作的健康教育能够显著降低其吸入性肺炎的发生率，对其吞咽功能起到明显缓解作用，在健康教育相关知识方面提高患者的知晓率及满意度。 [关键词] 健康教育；脑卒中；吞咽障碍；吸入性肺炎 [中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）32-136-03 Health Education on Stroke Patients with Dysphagia Aspiration Pneumonia Incidence XIA Meixing CHEN Caifang Rehabilitation Department, the Third People’s Hospital of Wenzhou City,Wenzhou 325000, China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate swallowing disorders in stroke care in the implementation of health education co-operation of its aspiration pneumonia incidence impact. Methods All of 165 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group of 79 cases, which were given conventional methods of health education; observation group of 86 cases, the implementation of health care for its cooperation health education. Results The efficiency rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was significantly lower than that in control group, the recovery of swallowing function was better than that in control group, the degree of health education knowledge and patient satisfaction were higher than those in control group, there were significantly difference between the two groups （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Swallowing disorders in stroke care collaboration in the implementation of health education can significantly reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, its ease of swallowing function play a significant role in improving their knowledge in the health education aspects of awareness and satisfaction degrees.
