外語人員進出奈米中心潔淨室管理辦法 NFC Clean Room Policy for Foreign Personnel 一 、 為避免不諳中文之人員 ，於潔淨室進行實驗操作過程中 ，無法 聽懂廣播及看懂公告 ，可能發生 工安危害，特訂定本管理辦法。 In order to prevent any possible occurrence of work safety incidents, these regulations are specifically made for people who work in the clean room and are not familiar with Chinese. 二 、 適用對象:不諳中文之人員( 以下簡稱外語人員) 。 People for whom this policy is intended : Foreign personnel (FP) who are not familiar with Chinese. 三 、 管制時間 :(A)上班日 傍晚: 17:00 至翌晨 08:00 。 (B例) 假日 全天 。 After hour : (A) Work days: 17:00 – 08:00 (the next day) (B) Holidays 四 、 外語人員於管制時間停留於 潔淨室內 ，必須有熟諳中文 之奈米 中心合格人員陪同 。 FP need to be escorted by an approved user who is granted access to NFC and is familiar with Chinese if they need to stay in the clean room during the after hour. 五 、 每名陪同人員於同一門禁管制之實驗室內 ，最多可陪伴三名外 語人員 。 Up to three FP could be accompanied by a single approved user in a lab. 六 、 外語人員於管制時間進出潔淨室需填寫「外語人員進出登記表」 (如附件) 。 FP entering the clean room during the after hour are required to fill out the “Registration form of entrance for foreign personnel.” (see the attachment) 七 、 外語人員離開潔淨室 ，須由陪同人員帶領 ，不得自行離開。 FP need to be escorted out of the clean room by the accompanying person and are not allowed to leave by themselves. 八 、 外語人員之認定 ，由奈米中心負責申請業務之人員判定 ，如有 疑義 ，交由中心主管決定。 The qualification for FP is identified by the NFC staff. Any query and controversy will be arbitrated by the NFC director. 九 、 罰則 : Punishment : 1. 外語人員於奈米中心管制時間進出潔淨室 ，未依本管理辦法 者 ，將停權兩週以上 ，以示警惕。 Failure to comply with the policy will result in license suspension for at least two weeks. 2. 一年內違規達二次者 ，
