流量仪表(Flow meter) Flow meter: 1. electromagnetic flowmeter; 2. vortex flowmeter; 3 Rotameter The Coriolis mass flowmeter; The thermal mass flowmeter (gas); The ultrasonic flowmeter; The turbine flowmeter; 1. electromagnetic flowmeter Electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of flow measuring instrument developed with the development of electronic technology in 60s. It is made according to Faradays law of electromagnetic induction. It is used to measure the volume flow of conductive fluid. Because of its unique advantages, the measurement has been widely used in all kinds of conductive liquid industry. For example, measuring all kinds of acid and alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids; some flammable and explosive medium; industrial wastewater, pulp, mud etc.. The principle of measurement is based on Faradays law of electromagnetic induction. When the conductive liquid flows through the electromagnetic flowmeter, the conductor will produce liquid and average flow velocity V (volume) is proportional to voltage, the induction voltage signal through two contact with the liquid electrode detection to the amplifier through a cable, and then converted into a unified output signal. Based on the measurement principle of electromagnetic flowmeter, the flowing liquid is required to have the lowest conductivity. The main characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter are: The transmitter structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter is simple, no moving parts, no obstacle throttling component of fluid flow, so when the fluid through will not cause any additional pressure loss at the same time, it will not cause such as wear, jams, especially suitable for the measurement of solid particles with pulp, waste liquid and solid, and all kinds of viscous slurry.
