·310· 中国中医药信息杂志 2004 年 4月第 11卷第 4期 养阴生津方抗菌、抗病毒作用的实验研究 马 红,杨 进,龚婕宁 (南京中医药大学基础医学院,江苏 南京 210029) 摘要：目的 观察养阴生津方对金黄色葡萄球菌和流感病毒的药理作用。方法 抗菌实验采用试管法、平板 法；抗病毒实验采用体内法,以小鼠流感病毒 FM1 株滴鼻感染正常小鼠,胃饲药物水提取液,观察给药前后肺部病变 的变化。结果 养阴生津方的最低抑金黄色葡萄球菌浓度(MIC)为 15.6mg/mL,最低杀菌浓度(MBD)为 31.2mg/mL； 养阴生津方对小鼠肺指数升高有显著抑制作用(P 0.001),抑制率在 20.38%～24.08%之间。结论 养阴生津方具有 抗金黄色葡萄球菌及抗流感病毒的作用。 关键词：养阴生津；金黄色葡萄球菌；流感病毒 中图分类号：R289.11 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304(2004)04-0310-03 Experimental Study on Antibiotic and Antivirus Actions of the Formula of Nourishing Yin and Generating Body Fluid MA Hong, YANG Jin, GONG Jie-ning (College of Basic Medicine, Nanjing University of TCM, Nanjing 210029, China) Abstract ：Objective Evaluate the pharmacological actions of the formula of nourishing Yin and generating body fluid on staphylococcus aureus and infiuenzavirus. Methods Test tube method and plating method are employed in antibacterial experiment while test in vivo, feeding the mice infected by FM1 of influenzavirus through nose with extract the formula by water and then observing the pathological changes in the lung after medication, is applied in antiviral experiment. Results The MIC of the formula is 15.6mg/mL and the MBD is 31.2mg/mL；which shows that the formula can obviously inhibit the increased pulmonary index (P 0.001) and its rate is between 20.38% and 24.08%. Conclusion The formula of nourishing Yin and generating body fluid shows antibiotic actions on the staphylococcus aureus and influenzavirus.
