实用预防医学 2008年6月 第 15卷 第3期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Jun 2008，Vol 15，No．3 795 文章编号：1006—3110(2oo8)03—0795—03 妊娠期糖尿病早期护理干预 郭凤娥 摘要： 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)早期护理干预效果。 方法 一般孕妇在妊娠24～28周进行GDM筛 查，有高危因素的孕妇早孕检查时进行GDM筛查。有异常的建卡登记，统一管理，严密监护，若糖筛查结果正常，33周时 再重复筛查，对 110例GDM患者分为32周前、32周后两组对照观察。 结果 两组不同时间护理干预其妊娠并发症发 生率有显著差异性( 。=18．365，P0．O1)。 结论 重视 GDM筛查，早期诊断GDM，采取有效的护理干预措施，将血 糖控制在正常水平，是减少母婴并发症、确保GDM患者安全度过妊娠期的关键所在。 关键词： 妊娠期糖尿病；早期护理干预；分析 中图分类号：R587．1 文献标识码：A Early Nursing Intervention for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Guo Feng—er(Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics， Central Hospital of Yiyang，Yiyang 413000，Hunan) Abstract： Objective To investigate the nursing interventions for gestational diabetes and their effects on mother and infant． Methods The ordinary gravida at gestational weeks of 24--28 received screening for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)，and the high—risk gravidas were screened during early pregnancy examination．The abnormal gravidas were regis- tered on card，managed globally and closely monitored．The gravidas with normal screening finding underwent repeated screening at gestational week of 33．The 1 10 documented GDM patients were assigned into the two groups receiving nursing interventions before and after 32 gestational weeks respectively，and the comparative observations were conducted between the two groups． Result There were significant differences between the two groups with varying time of the interventions (X‘=18．365，P0．O1)． Conclusions Early GDM diagnosis，effective interventions，and maintenance of blood glucose at normal ratIge prove to be the key to reducing mother—infant complications． Key words： Gestational diabetes；Nursing interventions；Analysis 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM )是指妊娠期才出现或发现的糖尿 时再重复筛查，若血糖≥7．8 mmol／L，则为50 g葡萄糖筛查
