安徽农业科学，Journal of Anhui lsi．Sci．2008，36(14)：5777-5778 责任编辑 姜丽 责任校对 马君叶 吊兰根茎生长发育特征观察 徐小林，郑兴峰 ，李明菊 (徐州师范大学生命科学学院，江苏徐卅I 221116) 摘要 通过栽培和解剖方法，对吊兰(Chl0rophyt“m c0mOS m)根茎的生长发育特征进行了观察。结果表明，未见有根状茎；枝上有些小 叶簇或小植株具有球状或膨大的茎轴，并且气生根从球状茎轴上发生；地下肉质根具强烈增厚的皮层，气生根特别是地下肉质根的 皮层中具有许多储水细胞；小叶簇的球状茎轴、气生根以及肉质根内含有针晶簇。因此认为“根状茎”用于吊兰是误用；枝茎上基部球 状的小叶簇是变态侧芽或顶芽，相当于珠芽营养繁殖体。 关键词 吊兰；根状茎；匍匐茎；气生根；形态结构 中图分类号 $682．31 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517—6611(2008)14—0577702 Observation on the Growth and Development Characteristics of Roots and Stems of Chloroph3，turn comosum XU Xiao-lin et al fSchool of Life Science，Xuzhou Normal University，Xuzhou，Jiangsu 221 116) Abstract The growth and development charactefistics of roots and stems of Chlorophytum comosum were observed through~the cultivating and dissecting．The results showed that C．Como8l~m was nol：seen to be with any rhizome：On the branches there were some smal11eaf fascicles or Dlantlets，some of which were individually with a globular or dilatate base stem axle where the aerial roots took places．The subterraneous suCCulent roots were of intensely incrassate co~ices and there were lots of water cells in the cortices of the succulent and the aerial roots especiallv in the former．There were some raphide druses in the gjobular stems and the aefial roots of the small leaf fascicles and in the succulent roots．It was considered that the term rhizome was mi susage to C comosum，and the small1eaf fascicle with a gjobular stem axle was essentially an abnormal lateral or apical bud which could be as a bulblet of vegetative brood body． Key words Chlorophytum COlnO8l~m：Rhizomes：Stoloniferous stems：Aeftal roots；norpholoNcal and structure 吊兰(Chl0rophytMm comosl~m)是百合科(Liliaceae)观赏 植物[1]。目前，对于吊兰植物营养器官特征[1-6]，仍有一些不明 确或值得探求的问题，如根状茎或匍匐茎的关系，枝茎上叶 簇或幼小植株的发生来源性质，以及气生根的发生位置，地 下肉质肥厚根的组织结构特点等。为此，笔者通过栽培过程 和解剖方法对吊兰的根茎外部形态和内部解剖结构进行了 进一步的观察。 1 材料与方法 购买盆栽的吊兰于室内培养。及时浇水，在温暖光线充 足的室内，吊兰即可生长发育良好[2-3]。 通过石蜡切片，对根茎内部结构进行
