原发性干燥综合征的发病机制（Pathogenesis of primary Sj grens syndrome） Pathogenesis of primary Sj grens syndrome 2011-06-14 Tang Fulin Primary Sjogrens syndrome (pSS) is an autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of the lacrimal gland and salivary glands, characterized by mouth and eye dryness. In addition to the symptoms of exocrine glands, the disease can also have symptoms of an external gland, such as arthritis, myalgia, rashes, and symptoms of visceral damage similar to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Like other autoimmune diseases, the disease is destroyed by normal immune tolerance mechanisms and produces high titers of IgG antibodies to autoantigens. Because the target organ is easy to biopsy and the exocrine fluid is easy to collect, it has become a typical representative of HLA-DR related autoimmune diseases (type I diabetes mellitus, Hashimotos thyroiditis and multiple sclerosis).
